Betting Rules: Football

      1. General
        • 1. At Titan Bet, we accept single bets and multiples on all football matches.
        • 2. All markets on football matches will be deemed for 90 minutes play (including any added injury time) unless otherwise stated on this website. If a match is abandoned before the scheduled 90 minutes has elapsed only bets that can be settled at the time the match was abandoned will stand. Any other bets will be declared void. The exceptions to this rule are in relation to friendly matches, where all match markets will be settled based on the actual result when the game finishes (excluding any extra-time), irrespective of whether the full 90 minutes is played.
        • 3. In the event of a walkover victory, all bets will be declared void.
        • 4. With the exception of in-play bets, bets will be accepted up to the kick off time of the particular game.
        • 5. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of live updates, it is the player's responsibility to ensure that information is accurate before making a bet.
        • 6. Bets will be settled on the official result immediately after the event is finished. Any subsequent corrections or amendments to this result will not apply for settlement purposes.
      2. "Time Of" Bets
        • 1. "Time of" bets (such as "time of first corner" or "time of first goal") will be settled according to the times shown by the major TV station broadcasting the particular game. The time of the first corner will be settled as the time that the corner was taken not when it was awarded and the time of the first booking will be settled as the time that the card was shown to the player. In the event of a dispute, the decision of reputable sports data companies will be considered as final.
        • 2. Time Definition: 45 minutes refers to the period from the beginning of a match up to half-time, including any stoppage time. 90 minutes refers to the period from kick off to full-time, including any added stoppage time played, but excluding extra time. At the moment a game kicks off, it is deemed to be in the first minute. Therefore, an event occurring after 73 minutes and 01 seconds will be settled as occurring in the 74th minute.
        • 3. If a match is abandoned after the first goal is scored, all bets stand. If a match is abandoned before the first goal is scored, all bets accepted for time bands that have been completed will be considered losing bets and any other time band which included the time band of the abandonment will be void and treated as non-runners.
      3. Scorecasts
        • 1.This is a double bet that involves predicting which player will score the first goal in the game and what the final score of the game will be. As the two parts of this bet are related, specific odds are offered for the bet.
        • 2. The player's stake is automatically changed to a single bet on the correct score if the chosen goalscorer did not enter the field of play before the first goal was scored.
        • 3. If an own goal is scored the bet is settled based on the correct score and the next goalscorer. If there is no further goalscorer, the bet will be settled as a single correct score bet.
        • 4. In the event that a match is abandoned, the bet will be void if no goals have been scored up to the point of abandonment. If a goal has been scored, the bet will be settled as a single first goalscorer bet.
      4. Wincast
        • 1. This is a double bet that involves predicting if a player will score at any point during a game and what the final score of the game will be.
        • 2. The chosen player must start the match otherwise bets on that player are void and the stake is transferred to a single correct score bet.
        • 3. In the event that a match is abandoned after the named player has scored the bet will be settled at the anytime goalscorer price.
        • 4. In the event that a match is abandoned and the named player has not scored the bet will be void.
        • Note: For both scorecast and wincast bets, if no teams are listed alongside the score, the score to the left is to be taken as the home score and the score to the right the away score.
Titan Bet aims to ensure that all necessary score permutations are available to bet on. If the final score of the game is not listed then this is still taken to be the winning score and bets on other permutations are lost.
      5. 1st/Last/Anytime Goalscorer
        • 1. 1st/last goalscorer bets are predictions on which player will score the first/last goal in the game. Anytime goalscorer bets are predictions that a particular player will score at any time during the match.
        • 2. Bets will stand until the final whistle and will not include any Extra Time played unless otherwise stated.
        • 3. Titan Bet aims to ensure that prices are available for all participating players but other players that are not displayed will count as winners should they score 1st/Last or any time during the game.
        • 4. Bets on players that take no part in the match will be void.
        • 5. Bets on the 1st goalscorer will be void if the selection enters the field of play after the 1st goal has been scored.
        • 6. All players who take part in a match for any length of time, will be considered runners for last or any time goalscorer purposes or for 1st goalscorer in case the game is still 0-0, or all goals scored were own goals.
        • 7. Own goals do not count for purposes of 1st, last or anytime goalscorers. In the event of the first goal being an own goal, the next goalscorer will be deemed the first goalscorer.
        • 8. A price will be offered for "No Goalscorer" in the match.
        • 9. In the event of a dispute over the award of a goal for 1st/Last/Anytime Goalscorer betting, settlement will be based on the scorer as reported by reputable sports data companies.
      6. Total Goals - Odd or Even
A bet on whether the total number of goals scored in the game will be an odd number or an even number. For example, a score of 2-2 gives a total of 2+2=4 and, therefore, an even result. For the purpose of settling, 0 is considered to be an even number.
      7. Half-Time Correct Score
A bet on what the score will be at half time. All bets will be settled according to the official half-time score.
      8. 1st Half Goals
A bet on the total number of goals scored in the 1st half of the match (i.e. up to half time). For example, if the half-time score is 2-1 the 1st half goals will be 2+1=3.
      9. 2nd Half Goals
A bet on the total number of goals scored in the 2nd half of the match (i.e. between half time and full time). For example, if the final score is 2-2 and the half time score was 2-1, the 2nd half goals will be (2+2)-(2+1)=1.
      10. To Keep a Clean Sheet
A bet on whether either of the teams involved in the match will prevent the other team from scoring.
      11. First Team to Score

      12. Last Team to Score
A bet on which team will score the last goal in the match. If the final result is 1-0 then the scoring team will be deemed to have scored the first and the last goal in the match.
      13. 1st Team Scorer
This is a bet on who will be the first player to score a goal for his team in the match. Scorer only has to be the first scorer for his team and does not need to be the first scorer in the match. Own goals do not qualify in this market and are disregarded.
      14. Goal Scorer Match Bets
Both players must start the match for bets to stand.
      15. Player to Score Two Goals or More
A bet that a particular player will score at least two goals during the match. Own goals do not qualify in this market and are disregarded.
      16. Player to Score a Hat-Trick
A bet that a particular player will score at least three goals during the match. Own goals do not qualify in this market and are disregarded.
      17. Postponed Matches
Bets placed on postponed matches will stand so long as the game is replayed within one calendar day of the original kick-off time at the same venue it was originally to be played at.
      18. Football Fixed Spreads
        • 1. All results are taken from what happens in 90 minutes only.
        • 2. If a match is not completed all bets are void, unless the result of the bet is beyond dispute, eg. the upper limit has been reached.
        • 3. For the bookings market points see rule 28.
        • 4. Own goals count in all fixed spread markets.
        • 5. Final results are calculated based on reputable sports data companies reults.
      19. Asian Handicaps
        • 1. Asian Handicaps are special handicap bets used for football matches.
        • 2. In the event that an Asian Handicap is displayed incorrectly on the site, all bets placed on the incorrect line will be void. We will attempt to notify the client as soon as possible.
      20. Goal Line Market - Over/Under Goals
        • 1. Over/Under bets are bets on whether the total number of goals in a match will be over or under a particular number, eg. if a stake is placed on under 1.5 goals the bet wins if zero or one goals are scored and loses if two or more goals are scored.
        • 2. For split line bets, half the players stake is returned if the number of goals equals the goal line. For example, over 2/2.5 – if two goals are scored, there is one losing bet and one void bet therefore half the players stake is returned.
        • 3. For bets on the goal line live market, all goals are considered regardless of whether they are scored before or after the bet is placed.
      21. Combination Bets
        • 1. In the event of any games being called off and not played in the next calendar day at the same venue, bets will be settled on remaining selections at the prevailing odds.
        • 2. In the event of players not playing any part in the game the bets will be settled on the remaining selections at the prevailing odds.
      22. In-Play
        • 1. A number of markets are available during "live", televised matches. Prices fluctuate quickly and the prices displayed on the internet are a guide and may well be different at the time of placing a bet. At crucial moments during a game, e.g. a penalty being awarded, prices may be temporarily suspended. Various second half speciality markets are available at half time which relate to the second half of the match only.
        • 2. Team to Score Next Goal: Own goals count and the winner will be the team accredited with the goal.
        • 3. Next Goalscorer
        • i) Next goalscorer bets are settled in accordance with the players named by the official representatives of the press association in attendance at the match.
        • ii) Every effort will be made to quote next goalscorer to score odds for all possible participants. However, players not originally quoted will count as winners should they score the next goal.
        • 4. Bets on players not taking part in the match will be void as will bets on `first player to score` where the selection comes on after the 1st goal is scored. All players that have been on the field of play before the next goal is scored will be deemed runners.
        • 5. If for any reason the press association does not produce statistics giving the names of players scoring for the matches outside the UK, then settlement will be based on information obtained from the national newspapers of the relevant country.
        • 6. Subsequent enquiries by official bodies will not be considered for settlement purposes.
        • 7. Please note that own goals do not count in the settlement of bets. In the event of a specified goal bet being placed in running, and an own goal is scored all bets will automatically be made void.
        • 8. In-Running Asian Handicaps: All bets on the Asian Handicap in-running market are settled according to the scoreline for the remainder of the game after the bet has been struck. i.e. any goals prior to the bet being placed are ignored for settlement purposes.
      23. Total Corners
        • 1. This is a bet on the total number of corners that will be taken during the entire match, including any added injury time.
        • 2. Any corners that are awarded but not taken do not count towards the total.
        • 3. If a corner has to be re-taken, only one corner will be counted towards the total.
        • 4. If a match is abandoned before full time, total corner bets will be void unless the outcome is already determined. For example, if a player wagers that there will be over 10 corners and, at the point of abandonment, 12 corners have been taken the player's prediction is already correct and winnings will be paid based on the quoted odds.
      24. 1st Half Corners
        • 1. This is a bet on the total number of corners that will be taken during the first half, including any added injury time.
        • 2. Any corners that are awarded but not taken do not count towards the total.
        • 3. If a corner has to be re-taken, only one corner will be counted towards the total.
        • 4. If a match is abandoned before half time, total corner bets will be void unless the outcome is already determined.
      25. Multi Corners
        • 1. This is a bet on the total number of corners taken during the first half multiplied by the total number taken in the second half.
        • 2. Any corners that are awarded but not taken do not count towards the total.
        • 3. If a corner has to be re-taken, only one corner will be counted towards the total.
        • 4. If a match is abandoned before 90 minutes, bets will be void unless the outcome is already determined.
      26. First Corner
For this bet, the player must predict which team will take the first corner of the match. If no corners are taken, all bets will be deemed void.
      27. Total Goal Scorer Shirts
        • 1. This is a bet on the aggregate total of shirt numbers of goalscorers in a match or series of matches.
        • 2. If an own goal is scored, the shirt number of the scorer of the own goal will count and his shirt total will count towards the side which is credited with the goal.
        • 3. If there is a dispute over the scorer of a particular goal, reputable sports data companies decision will stand.
        • 4. For the purposes of any shirt number bet, the number worn by a player at the beginning of the game is deemed to be their number for the entire match.
        • 5. If a player enters the field of play without a number on their shirt, the number 12 will be allocated to that player.
      28. Bookings and Cards
        • 1. In this bet, a player must predict whether the total booking points are over, under or within a pre-defined points range.
        • 2. A yellow card constitutes 1 point and a red card constitutes 2 points. If a player is issued with 2 yellow cards, the total bookings points received by the same player will be counted as 1 point for the yellow card and 2 points for the red card - giving a total of 3 points (a maximum of 3 points can be accumulated by an individual player per match).
        • 3. For the purpose of this bet, any bookings given to players not on the field or management and bookings given after the final whistle do not count towards the point totals and settlement of this bet.
      29. Next Card Betting
Markets are offered for players to predict which team will receive the next card in the game. For the purposes of settling this bet, if two players are shown a card for the same incident then the team whose player was shown the card first will be deemed the winner.
      30. Goals x Corners
In this bet, players predict whether they think the total number of goals in a match multiplied by the total number of corners taken will be higher than, lower than or within a particular range.
      31. Match Handicap
In match handicap markets, a particular handicap is given to teams based on the strengths/weakness of the team. At the end of the match the handicap score is added to a teams score to give the final handicap result. For example, if Arsenal have a handicap of -1 and they win their match 2-0, the handicap score will be a 1-0 victory to Arsenal.
      32. Total Goals
        • 1. In this bet, players can predict whether a particular group of fixtures will produce a goals total under, over or within a particular range.
        • 2. If any match within the player's selection is postponed or abandoned, the goals total for that game will be deemed to be 2.5.
        • 3. The total goals bet will be void if more than a third of the matches in the selection are either postponed or abandoned.
      33. Team to Win by Most
From a group of fixtures, players must predict which team will finish with the greatest winning margin. For example, if Chelsea win their match 3-0 and Blackburn win their match 2-1 the winning margins are 3-0=3 and 2-1=1. Therefore, Chelsea have the greatest winning margin.
      34. Team to Win Both Halves
Players must correctly predict which team will score the most goals in each half of the match to win this bet.
      35. How Will the Match Be Won
In matches where there is a possibility of extra time and penalties players can make this bet to predict which team will win and whether they will win in 90 minutes, after extra time or on penalties.
      36. Penalty Shootouts
For the purpose of settling penalty shootout bets all penalties will be taken into consideration. If ten penalties are not required to determine the outcome then bets will still stand. If more than ten penalties are required then bets will also stand and the extra penalties will be included in the settlement totals.
